I would like to highlight the exceptional medical care provided by Dr. Anu Chadha and the outstanding staff at Chadha Medical Clinic. My husband and I have been Dr. Anu Chadha’s patients at this facility for several years now. Our experiences have consistently exceeded our expectations.

Dr. Anu Chadha is an example of what a medical professional should be. Her attentiveness and efficiency in diagnosing and treating patients is truly commendable. She immediately puts one at ease by their genuine concern. Her ability to actively listen, ask pertinent questions, and conduct thorough examinations showcase a level of care that is reassuring and comforting.

The administrative team, Mary Jane in particular, is exceptionally helpful, and the nursing staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. It is evident that members of this team take their roles very seriously.

Communication is seamless and timely. Dr. Anu Chadha and her staff excel in relaying information, whether it be explaining treatment options, test results, or addressing concerns. Her clear and concise communication allows my husband and I to make informed decisions about our health, which is invaluable in the healthcare process.

Had a discussion with their receptionist who told me my condition was not a disability.
Feel like they just want to get rid of me and extort me for all of my money.

Won't refill my prescriptions I need filled regularly. (Due to withdrawal symptoms)

Dr. chadha, based on our (me and my husband) experience, is very caring, loving, smiling, efficient, prompt in scheduling necessary test and providing feedback on test results. She is very friendly and makes you feel like you are part of the family. She has all your results and history at her finger tips during the appointment. She listens your concerns carefully and makes a quick decision on medication, referral and/or necessary tests required for your issues. We are very lucky to have her as our GP and is one of the best GP we have come across. She only calls you in the office if it is necessary. She interacts with you over phone for things like providing test results, and some prescription refill. At the same time, you usually get appointments with her the same day or the next day for things that need immediate attention. Her office and nursing staff are very cordial, and friendly and easily accessible.

I’m a delicate and sensitive person, and with Dr. Chadha I was totally impressed by the way I was treated first time when I met her in 2013 and the way she followed up. Dr. Chadha is not only an Excellent Doctor , but is simple, superb Human being, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face with her selfless service. Always amazing treatment. Dr. Chadha is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Nice advice, hardly find such non commercial Doctors in this era. Apart from dedication , Dr. Chadha also has slight wit which impresses me more resulting in great relief from stress while chatting with her. May God bless Her and best wishes for the future.

I am left to believe that Dr Anu Chadha does not treat all her patients with the same level of respect. Her reviews are either really good or extremely poor. I had an appointment, where I was rudely greeted by the receptionist… after waiting about half an hour her assistant took over where the receptionist left off and continued being rude and unprofessional. After a brief exchange, she dismissed me without having me see the doctor. Apparently I would have to take an additional appointment to see the doctor. It’s just unacceptable and very disappointing since the first time I met Dr Anu Chadha in her humble beginnings, she seemed so sweet and caring.

I wish more Drs had her level of compassion and empathy. Truly an amazing Dr with a gift for helping people. She is so kind, funny, thorough, and very punctual. Her staff team and Mary Jane are wonderful. Only downside is it can take a while to see her, but I don’t blame her, she is an amazing Dr so it’s not surprising that she is busy! If you are a patient of hers consider yourself very lucky, I don’t think there is a family Dr out there better than her. We have been with her for seven years and she has been there for our family. Her father is an excellent paediatrician with our children. Their clinic is incredibly supportive. Thank you for everything you do Dr. Chadha!
