We saw Dr. McMillian at CHEO many years ago and have to say he was one of the best specialists we ever worked with. He was gentle kind and so patient. Truly one of CHEO's gems that we are so grateful to have been referred to.

One of the most knowledgeable and most patient!
He’s an expert in his field and takes time to answer and listen to concerns. We saw regarding Myoclonic seizures and were cured completely. Cannt thank enough to him!

Dr. McMillan is simply AMAZING. Our experience has been that he genuinely cares about our daughter. He is knowledgeable but not pretentious. He seeks and values our opinions on how our daughter is doing and how we feel about what he is proposing for her care. He never makes you feel rushed. If he says he's going to do something - he does it! No question or problem is too big or too small for him. He is definitely one our our favourite specialists involved in our complex kiddo's care. LOVE him!

Très belle rencontre avec ce médecin qui a pris le temps de répondre avec intelligence et nuances à toutes nos questions au sujet du protocole proposé à notre enfant. Nous fait sentir qu'il a tout son temps pour nous même s'il est très occupé. Excellent communicateur, proche des enfants qu'il traite, il est vraiment dévoué à sa profession. Merci à lui et à son équipe de recherche (Matt, Jessica et Rosa) qui nous ont accueilli avec chaleur et efficacité!

Not only is he the sweetest and less condescending physician I've met, but he's truly knowledgeable. Takes his time to ask questions and answer them. You can see he genuinely cares for his patients.
