I've had several operations over the years and every time I've found Dr. Guillemaud and her staff to be very helpful and considerate. They explain what they are doing and ensure there is adequate painkiller before operating. The new Telus communication for after surgery follow up worked great for me. I highly recommend Dr. Guillemaud.

Very good clinic and staff ! . . . . wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, treatment and care from the front reception, biopsy visit, then to the procedure with Dr. G and then the care to wrap everything up . . . . everybody made me feel comfortable all the way . . . .
Will also be back for a follow up examination . . . .

When you hear the news you have Melanoma it is scary. Thank you to Dr Guillemaud and your team for helping make a scary time much more manageable. From the front receptionists setting up the appointment and the surgical team assisting Dr G all were professional and friendly. When I needed stronger pain meds (I am a wimp). My request was met quickly and with no judgement.

Knowing I could call at anytime with any concerns was reassuring that the team cared about me.

As much as I love you all I hope we don't have to meet again. Sunscreen and I are now besties.

Thank you again for helping make a scary time less scary.

I had a very good experience with my skin cancer removal at the Calgary Skin Cancer Centre. The team worked efficiently, with seamless hand offs of my care among team members. All team members that I interacted with were very pleasant and professional.

The follow-up through the Pomelo by TELUS Health mechanism was easy and I got very quick responses to my update messages and the recovery photos that I submitted. It was comforting to have caring staff confirm that the photos indicated that the healing was going as expected.

All in all, it was the team made the best of a bad situation! Had I ignored the diagnosis made by my excellent family physician, and not followed up for treatment with Calgary Skin Cancer Centre, my outcomes would have been a lot worse.

Three months after the surgery to my shin, both the memory of the treatment and the scars have faded. I would recommend anyone to have no hesitation to put their health care needs into the competent hands of the staff at the Calgary Skin Cancer Centre.

Thanks to the whole team for taking care of me.

My experience was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring staff. I have been a patient for many years with multiple surgeries and all were very successful. I always felt comfortable and relaxed during my visit. I even look forward to my treatments and visits. All procedures explained in detail so you knew what to expect and after care as well. I thank the staff for taking good care of me.

I can highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Guillemaud and her professional team for treatment of skin cancer. Dr. Guillemaud saw me promptly to remove a large invasive basal cell cancer located on my left temple. I flew to Calgary from out of town to have Mohs surgery done at Calgary Skin Cancer Center on Nov.6th. From start to finish the care given was flawless and with minimal discomfort throughout. The nursing team was very knowledgable and experienced and the plastic surgery was completed a day later which was organized by Dr. Guillemaud and her team. My surgery has healed beautifully and the defect is minimal. I am so thankful all went so well and now I am cancer free. Thank You Dr. Guillimaud and Team!

I can only reply that I feel that I am getting the best of care by Dr. Harper and Dr. Gilmaud. I don't know what could be improved. The personal attention that I have been getting is absolutely wonderful, and their professional work is unequaled. I would recommend the clinic to anyone without any reservations whatsoever.
