Dr.graves is an amazing doctor ! I wish he opens up his own clinic we need more doctors like him! Honestly very knowledgeable,understanding and really goes that extra mile for his patients to make sure they're getting cared for.

I went to the ED for a possible ectopic, Dr. Graves was my dr and he was honestly the most empathetic and caring dr I’ve ever had. He made sure to get all the tests done right away, he made me feel heard, he got down to eye level with me and sat there talking with me telling me this was in no way my fault and showing so much empathy for my situation. Being a woman this was honestly so reassuring and made me feel safe and I knew he was going to make sure I got the care that I needed.

I came to the ED at Queensway today for severe sciatica caused by a herniated disc. Dr. Graves is the first doctor to take my pain seriously. His interpersonal skills are incredible. I felt like a real person instead of just a nuisance - which is how my family doctor has made me feel for the last two months. He is so kind and sympathetic. He listened to everything I had to say. He was reassuring and was able to calm my fears (as much as possible given my anxiety around back pain). I wish every doctor was like him - the world would be a much better place. I cannot say enough good things about him!

I went to the ER with a corneal abrasion, unsure of how urgent my situation was, and feeling guilty for potentially being there unnecessarily (but I didn’t want to take any risks with my vision). Dr. Graves was the physician who examined my eye. He was kind, reassuring, understanding, and extremely thorough and professional. His interpersonal skills are fantastic, which is impressive given the chaotic environment he works in. A huge thank-you for taking me just as seriously as any other patient. I went home feeling confident that I’d be back to normal in no time.

I went to QCH some years ago and Dr P Graves saw me. He treated me with a professionalism and he knew stuff. He treated me like a person and understood what I was telling. Dr P Graves treated me the same way when I went to High School with him as the night he saw me that night as patient

Had to go to ER at Queensway Carleton due to Rotator Cuff dislocation, Dr. Graves helped me putting my shoulder back nicely with no pain or surprises. Want to thank him for his great services to his patients.

When I visited the ER at the Queensway Carleton Hospital earlier this week for a cardioversion, Dr. Graves was my attending physician. He was punctual and thoroughly explained the options available, after he listened to my history. He exhibited very comfortable interaction with me so to put me at ease. I could not ask for anything better. He performed the procedure, but I did not have an opportunity to thank him, the anesthetist, and the nursing staff. This is my thank you. Such an excellent hospital.

I saw Dr Graves in the ER at Queensway Carleton Hospital this week. I was in rough shape from a severe allergic reaction to a medication that could have had fatal disorders. Dr Graves was simply the best! After visiting the General Hospital 3 times in 5 days with no help, Dr Graves took my situation seriously and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He used his medical Scribe and was able to give me his full attention. He was positive, friendly, sympathetic and BELIEVED me in what I was saying and how much pain I was in. I’m very grateful to have seen him. He got ahold of a Dermatologist in Ottawa at 2 am and was just not giving up on me. He is a very very excellent doctor- QCH is lucky to have him! Thank you Dr Graves!!! I won’t forget you- you were exactly the doctor that I needed at that time- I was in rough shape! Thank you thank you!
