Prior to choosing Dr. Kershman, I consulted with a number of facilities that provided Invisalign but they did not inspire the kind of confidence that I felt the moment I walked into Dr. Kershman's office. From my first visit I knew that I would be exceptionally well taken care of and never doubted that the end result would be perfection. I was certainly not disappointed! Throughout my treatment, I looked forward to every single visit knowing that I would receive the utmost care and concern to ensure an excellent result. The staff were extremely efficient and delightful at all times. Even during the time of pandemic, Dr. Kershman went to extremes to protect the safety of patients, and staff without compromising the level of dedicated care with enduring friendliness throughout. I am absolutely confident in recommending Dr. Kershman to anyone who is considering Invisalign. It is never too late - I am 72 years old, but my teeth look about 22! I am a very, very happy patient!

I’ve always heard great reviews about Dr.Kershman, that’s one of the reasons why I started my Invisalign treatment with him. But as of now, I regret my whole decision. I’ve been under treatment for 3 years and was originally supposed to finish in a year. Now I’m set to finish on the 4th year but who knows based on how effective this has been. The treatment plans are constantly changing, a lot of things are not being pre-planned. At some point he even asked me if i was okay with the results even though I was no where near getting good results. The initial appointment I had where finance was discussed was the longest and most “caring” appointment. Otherwise I’ve been rushed every time I’ve been in the office for checkup, no clarity is being provided to me, my questions are vaguely answered. Every question I ask he doesn’t answer like someone who knows what he’s talking about unfortunately, there’s a lot of guessing and thinking. I feel like he messed up my treatment completely, and I understand things can go wrong, but not doing anything to correct the situation and do better is the issue. One of the assistants adding attachments to my teeth was very aggressive in behaviour when working on my teeth. Overall I have not been satisfied at Dr.Kershman’s office.

Dr Kershman and his staff made my late in life (57 at the time) orthodontic experience the best that is could possibly be! Dr. Kershman and all staff have always been warm and inviting on every visit. Dr Kershman did a terrific job in fixing the challenging situation in my mouth. We always had great conversations as we share a common interest in singing and performing. My braces have been off for 7 years now but I have always been able to go back just for a check up. Most recently, I wanted to get new retainers, and, not only was there no charge for them, Dr Kershman went out of his way to save me a trip (long drive from my house) as I am moving out of the province. Kind, wonderful, professional! Dr. Kershman is also a periodontist, helpful when one's teeth are moving around! I was so fortunate that Dr Kershman was recommended to me all those years ago!

I am glad that I chose Dr.Kershman for my orthodontic treatment . It was a long journey but the result was truly unbelievable. I am amazed with the transformation of my teeth and never thought such improvement would be possible. I am extremely happy with a better smile. Dr Kershman and his team have been so accommodating to my questions and doubts when I decided to have Invisalign. They made sure I was attended well and comfortable using them.

My Situation: Crooked teeth affecting my eating/biting.

Action Taken: Knowing I only wanted Invisalign Aligners vs Braces I went to three establishments that advertised this service. I ended up choosing Dr Kershman because of my initial meeting with him. His staff and he performed a full X-ray and computer scan without asking for any payment. Dr Kershman explained the entire process to me and provided me with a detailed price for the Orthodontic service with Invisalign.

The other offices I visited only examined my mouth in a cursory way and then proceeded to provide an “estimate” for the complete service. Which were much higher than Dr Kershman’s. In fact one was very clear that there would be ancillary charges. Neither of the other dental offices offered the OrthoPulse device to improve and decrease the amount of time I would be in treatment. The highest “Estimate” I received was $2300 more than Dr Kershman who had included the OrthoPulse device in his.

My Treatment: I can honestly say that every visit to Dr Kershman’s office was very efficient and helpful to me in my overall treatment. From Lina at reception to the hygienist’s who worked on me, everyone was extremely professional and diligent. I can also say they were friendly and helpful. Dr Kershman was no exception, he to was very friendly, helpful, professional and even while very busy himself, we engaged in conversations other than the typical “how’s it going” chit chat .

Results: I am ecstatic with how my teeth turned out. My biting issues are gone and my teeth are completely straight. I would not hesitate recommending Dr Kershman to anyone needing an Orthodontic treatment. I would also suggest that anyone looking for orthodontic treatment avoid going to Dentists who provide the Invisalign procedure, only go to an Orthodontist who is uniquely trained in providing the service. The results will be much better and you will get proper professional treatment at a fair price.

I chose Dr. Kershman for a number of reasons, but primarily because his experience and knowledge at the very top. As an adult who has already done the full orthodontic treatment as a kid/teen, I wanted to ensure my work was done properly and Dr. Kershman delivered. Just trust the process and the guidance, and it was easy to see progress. His is staff was courteous, professional, and very quick to respond to my questions throughout my treatment. My teeth look great and I would highly recommend Dr. Kershman to anyone looking for an expert orthodontist.

I have only gone once for a consultation for braces or Invisalign(planning on continuing with the treatment) but I remeber after I watched the video of Invisalign and finished it it took maybe 30-40 minutes for dr kershman to talk to us about the cost and duration. Disregarding the time wait, the receptionists are nice and so is the rest of the staff.
