Notice how none of her reviews are recent? She has been deleting reviews, probably blaming "the pandemic", but really she just hates her job and it shows. This doctor does not deserve to be rated at 3 stars, and she used to be rated lower before deleting other reviews. If you want to come here, it will be the most frustrating experience you can ever have with a doctor. All the negative ratings below are absolutely true - she is rude, condescending, unhelpful, and downright does not believe anything you say to her. Are you feeling some kind of pain? Need some medication? Be ready to fight for your life trying to prove that to her.
Her negligence can cost you a lot of wasted time while you wait for treatment. It has nothing to do with referral wait times. Absolutely no bedside manner. She speaks to you as if she would rather be doing anything else, and if you died while under her care that would be a relief because she wouldn't have to be your doctor anymore. Run away.

TERRIBLE human being! She should not name herself as a doctor! The rudest and most condescending person I have ever met! I can still vividly recall how stupid and little she made me feel! I can not understand the positive ratings, they must be fake! You have been warned!

Terrible doctors horrible attitude. She could care less about her patients or their well being. Refuses to see anyone in person with the pandemic has abandoned her patients and even before the pandemic assumed an all-mighty persona every visit, dismisses your concerns and diagnoses your conditions based off the first google search result. I’ve never met a more cold, indifferent, unhelpful “professional” in the medical community in my life.

Dr. Anca Novac has provided me with great service as my family doctor for years. I have never had to deal with long wait times from her and the receptionist is simply the best! What i enjoy most about this clinic compared to others I have been to, is that I am able to get an appointment on short notice, I feel welcome whenever I come in, and the fact that Dr. Novac remains professional in her practice always. Some people want a doctor to be very emotionally engaged and grieve through life changes with them - What I want is a doctor that is respectful of my time, allows me to talk to them (or sometimes cry) regarding personal issues I am having, and that they remain uninvolved emotionally and address the problem that I am having not just try to be overly sensitive to my emotions. I guess what I am saying is that I see reviews complaining of lack of bedside manner - I feel that Dr. Novac provides exceptional bedside manner and is a great doctor as instead of talking with me for 30 minutes trying to make me feel better, she focuses on the issues on hand that she can solve through medicinal practices. If you want someone to give you a hug, hold your hand through hard times, and wipe your tears, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Novac, but if you want a good family doctor that cares about you, takes time to understand your ailments, and works hard to make an treatment plan that works for you then I would give Dr. Novac the highest recommendation.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THE SO-CALLED DR. ANCA NOVAC! My husband and I have seen her over two years now for one consultation only and I still recall it, as if it was five minutes ago... This woman is so cold, rude beyond any imagination, self-centered and impolite! She lacks any human emotions and only cares about the money. She would not give us any treatment or medical advise, as the first visit is only "Meet and Greet", meaning 5 minutes for both of us. Come back another time, with another swipe to talk about your medical problems. I am not sure who are the patients that left positive notes. Please trust me, they must be fake. Knowing her, I only trust the negative reviews read on this page. I wish I was wrong... Please stay away!

Efficient, compassionate, and to the point. Don't listen to the negative comments on here. Clearly these people have mental issues that they are not taking meds for. You come here as a patient, not to make friends. You don't like it? There's the door. End of story.

We did have an appointment, I was waiting for the doctor seeing my family for around 30 minutes. She did not give any excuses. During the visit, she did not let us point out to all of our concerns and asked to come again. Absolutely Kids' unfriendly clinic. I highly recommend to avoid doctor's practice.

I found Dr. Novac to be impatient and opinionated. She didn't listen and as a result put me in a risky situation.

I have been her patient for 5 years, and find that she will listen to your problems. Being a retired health professional, I know that there is always something to learn, so I am not concerned if she doesn't have all the answers. One can always look up information. Dr Novac is a caring person, who practised in another country prior to coming to Canada. I know thatshe will prove her worth here too.

I started going to this doctor when she was working in a walk-in clinic and have followed her to her own practice. She is amazing, kind, helpful, empathetic, and I never feel judged when I see her. Dr. Novac has given me great advice and I trust her entirely. She doesn't push medication on you, and her office and staff are clean and professional. The receptionist, Janet, is friendly and pleasant to deal with. I have recommended this doctor to my family, friends, and coworkers.
