I started going to this doctor when she was working in a walk-in clinic and have followed her to her own practice. She is amazing, kind, helpful, empathetic, and I never feel judged when I see her. Dr. Novac has given me great advice and I trust her entirely. She doesn't push medication on you, and her office and staff are clean and professional. The receptionist, Janet, is friendly and pleasant to deal with. I have recommended this doctor to my family, friends, and coworkers.

My family has been seeing Dr. Novac for a number of years since she opened up her practice in Richmond Hill. She is a very kind, efficient, practical, no nonsense, no BS family doctor. She truly values your time and only does what is best for your health. I trust her judgment completely and my family will continue seeing her for as long as possible.

I recently moved to Richmond Hill and was in search of a new family doctor. I somehow got connected with Dr Novac and from the first day she spoke with me she was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable as she instructed me on healthier choices and explained everything in terms I could understand.
One day I went in for an invasive assessment and I shared with her how uncomfortable and violated this process would make me feel but at the end of the assessment I felt the opposite as Dr Novak demonstrated high level of care and was very sensitive to my needs. I felt very comfortable and relaxed as she made me laugh the whole time. I guess this was just her way (super powers) of getting my mind off how this process would make me feel and before I knew it, it was all over. Overall, I would say that Dr Novac is an excellent doctor.

Always on time, if not early. she is thorough and doesn't beat around the bush. Maybe feel a bit rushed, but she does listen , just doesn't waste time. I don't need a buddy, I need a Dr. Novac has nailed my illnesses . Receptionist can be rude. I don't go there for her though.

Dr. Novac was impatient and ignorant, did not address any of my concerns. Basically stated that it was my imagination. I have been her patient for last couple of years. Her knowledge seems to be very basic. She can prescribe antibiotics, issue blood test requisition and dr note. She suggested once to google a condition, as she had no time to explain it. Visit is 10 min. You are just asked to leave.

Dr. Novac is the most professional, caring and knowledgeable doctor I've had. These negative reviews sound like they come from ignorant people who don't understand how the medical system works. She does not, and should not, work for free, and deserves to be compensated for her services. Kudos to her for standing up to rude patients who want only service over the phone and are too lazy to book an appointment. Shame on these people for writing such nasty reviews. Every time I've booked an appointment, waiting times were short and she addressed my needs after thoroughly assessing the situation. English is not her first language, so people should give her a break and stop being so overly sensitive when she clearly has the skills/knowledge. Her office is clean, not crowded, and is overall pleasant. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a GP in Richmond Hill.

Very nice and compassionate doctor, knowledgeble. She listen to me and always has a solution to solve my problems. I have recommended her to all my friends. I am shocked to see the bad reviews here. I am sure they are confusing the doctor. I have always had very nice experiences with Dr. Novac. The staff is very professional and well mannered. Short waiting times, always finding a solution, nice and clean environment, good advice, right prescriptions....I definitely recommend Dr. Novac. Also she is very delicate and compassionate regarding women matters.

I was referred to Dr Novac by a friend and have been very pleased with her as my doctor for about 4 years. At first I was a little concerned that she may have come across a little cold, but I decided that I’m not going to the doctor to have someone hold my hand and tell me I’m perfect, I’m going because I want a reliable and intelligent doctor to take care of my health care needs. Since joining at Dr. Novac’s clinic I have referred 2 to people her that are also very pleased with the service she has provided. Also the staff is a dream, so kind and professional! I am moving away and will be very sad to have to find a doctor that I like as much as Dr. Novac.

Horrible dr. Has no people skills. Very abrupt and rude , bully, mean and has mental problems. Should not be taking care of people. SHE needs professional help! Her staff is just as bad as she is. Don’t know how she got her license in this country

saw dr novac at appletree a few times, was great, followed her to her own office, however, now on her own, rude and rushed. receptionist is a complete dim witt. i need new rx, told I must go in, then plan to search for new dr.
