Dr. Lepadatu is veryknowledgeable in insomnia, helped me with learning new “tools” for sleeping such as orange glasses, meditation and deep belly breathing. Would recommend.

Very effective program for me. I relied on taking sleeping pills for eight years. But I was able to get rid of taking the pills by the end of the 8 week program. Dr. Lepadatu is very knowledgable and attentive to patient's needs. I highly recommend this program to those who suffer insomnia.

I was hesitant to sign up for the course and thought I would be bored; however it was very helpful and interesting.
I am sad that the course is ending. I would have preferred an in-person group course, because then you get to meet people and share your journey. But online was well structured and well organized. Thank you.

Dr. Lepadatu was incredibly supportive and helpful in providing the tools I needed to help with my insomnia. She has a great understanding and knowledge of her specialization and great empathy towards her patients.

Dr. Lepadatu is very thoughtful and understanding. I was enrolled in a sleep therapy zoom class. Her approach and suggestions were very helpful. The course helped me overcome my anxiety at bedtime about not falling asleep and of not getting enough sleep, which was helpful in improving my sleep patterns.

Dr. Lepadatu's 8 week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy insomnia course was of great benefit to me.
I am sleeping much better, I am reducing the drugs that help me sleep, I am feeling less worried about getting to sleep. She provides good help to each individual in the group. The course is very well organized. Patients in the group are provided with the tools to change sleeping behaviour - the changes that are necessary. Dr. Lepadatu looks after her patients in a kindly and constructive way. Kudos to her.

I thought I knew everything there was to know about insomnia going into the program, and yes there was a lot of material I knew, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find there was new information and an excellent, evidence based d program for insomniacs that really works. I am now sleeping better than I have in a long time. Dr. Lepadatu is awesome - very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I highly recommend this program. Thanks so much Dr. Lepadatu!
