Dr. Burkitt has saved me in multiple ways, but I really want to bring one specific story to light. I had been on acid reflux medication for almost 3 years. Through some testing and time learned that my body was fine and the issue had been severe anxiety. I asked a specialist when and how I could get off my medication. He told me I could always try cutting it cold turkey but that I'd probably be on it for life. A year later I decided to talk to Dr. Burkitt about this. I soon learned from Dr. Burkitt as well as multiple studies online, that this medication is recommended to be prescribed for up to 8 weeks because of the adverse long term side effects. Long story short she taught me how to wean off the medication and we are now working together to help my body get back to where it needs to be. Im sooo happy and can't believe that my specialist couldn't help me. Thank goodness for Dr. Burkitt 💖

I have been a patient of Dr. Burkitt since 2014. Sje has really take great care of me from various ailments to acupuncture to manage grief after my mom passed away and fertility issues. But last week blew me away - Dr. Burkitt was able to diagnose what was going on with my stomach just from me describing my symptoms over text message, and was able to recommend the most simple solution that made me finally have a solid bowel movement after a month!!

I've been seeing Dr. Burkitt since 2014 and she is one amazing doctor. I completely switched from seeing an MD to seeing Dr. Burkitt exclusively and I can say my health has significantly improved. She's very compassionate and very knowledgeable.
