I truly believe that Dr. Burkitt saved my life. I've seen my family doctor a number of times about heart palpitations, which are scaring me a lot these days. He is a good doctor but could not give me any solutions. I have hypothyroidism, so I guess this is part of it. When I went to see Dr. Burkitt, she felt that I had Hashimoto's thyroid disease. She suggested some new blood tests, which revealed that she was right. I am now feeling so much better and am so thankful to this wonderful doctor. She is not only smart, she is caring and fun. I have learned so much from her and love seeing her. The sessions with her are easy-going and fun. She is by far the best naturopath I have ever gone to, and there have been quite a few. I look forward to trying her acupuncture next.

Came in with an extremely sore back. I could not straighten up at all. Dr. Burkitt said 'you've come to the right place'. She is confident, caring, knowledgable and highly professional. After a treatment of acupuncture (to which I am now a convert), I walked out of her clinic and played hockey that night. Yes there was a small amount of residual tightness after the hockey but the next day it was gone. Take it for what you will. Simply amazing.

I'm originally from Toronto and have been in the care of many different naturopaths, whom I never got results with and felt they were gouging. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Burkitt.
