For a clinic that claims that it caters to people of all kinds of needs and financial ability, the parking facilities have poorly lit machines that make a person frustrated and feeling trapped as they are hard to use. Tokens should be available after a doctors appointment yet a fee is charged for parking. Very unwelcoming overall.

It's very difficult to get a hold of the receptionist and when you do, they're very rude and unhelpful. Also, they ask you to come in person to the clinic even if you just need a prescription refill.

Had to fast for surgery. So stopped food and water at 10 oclock Sun. Night. Arrived at 11 oclock in the morning on Monday. Then it was wait here , change here and wait , go for surgery about 1 to 2 or so. Go to recovery room around 5 in the evening . No room wait here , the wonderfull nurse Mary asked me if i wanted anything ? Well i said, i have not eaten or had a glass water since yesterday at 10.She was surprised and volunteered to go to Tim Hortens to get me a bagel coffie and donut. That was so nice. Finally found a room at 7 oclock in the evening. Mary was the best contact i had at this facility. I appreciate all the work everyone does there and was sad my experance was unfortunate. Thank you Mary !!

Calling this Dr. S. Fenwick the dick doctor. RUDEST Dr. I have met in m life. Staff amazing an feel sorry for them having to deal with DD.

The desk staff are usually rude or abrupt. It is hard to find parking, or to get in and out of the parking lots, both above and below ground.

We like the doctors at this clinic. Very helpful.

Nice facility, fast service, Rude female doctor..if you wish to be cared about with time and patience, this place is not for you!!

Seems like doctors could care less about patient care and more about moving them in and getting them out. There are some really good doctors but for the most part they are not very compassionate

Great clinic . Clean and helpful staff. Doctors here are amazing and very professional . Highly recommended!
