I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I was with Dr Dadmarzhi. She is young, inexperienced and highly incompetent. She is constantly looking up websites to see if medications are okay. She has a thick accent and her lack of the English language creates a major language barrier. She is not a good doctor. Highly disappointed.
You have to pay to park and yet the facilities are not kept that clean, the washroom is old and gross and the smell goes out into the hallway. My doctor offers no late nights and no weekends and only has appointments 3 days a week sometimes cause if she is working in the walk-in clinic it cuts the regular hours, ridiculous. I have only been going there a year and regretting it cause always a month to get an appointment.
Staff are unbelievably rude. It doesn't matter when you go or who you talk to in that building but over many years and sense of apathy, mean spirit, scorn, and rudeness has permeated that whole staff, building and even the doctors who seem to either not be interested or not trained.
I have been a patient at this clinic for over 10 years and I have been treated so well by Dr. Sivaharan, her assistant Kai and others in the urgent care, X-ray, Mammogram, Ultrasound and the pharmacy. They are THE BEST and I small so happy with their kind, compassionate, caring manner. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and caught it early due to having the mammogram. I had the biopsy, surgery and followup all done quickly and efficiently. I had the best possible outcome and I owe it all to the special people at the Glazier Clinic, including Dr. sivaharan and Kai. Thank you!,
My parents and I have been under the care of Dr. Quinn since the early 1970's. My children now as well. He is an amazing person with an extremely calming demeanor. I will be sad to see him go but I wish him the very best of life for him and family in his retirement. Take care Dr. Quinn.
I am a retired special ed teacher, my spouse is a senior manager in a federal ministry. My spouse has arthritis in the spine and 5 bulging discs. We moved from another province in the fall of 2015 and were desperate to find a family doctor. We made an appointment for a meet and greet with DOCTOR BALA. Three days before our appointment, KAIE, from DOCTOR BALA'S office called our home. She said we couldn't be DOCTOR BALA's patient's because we were patients of Dr. McCullen and they don't take in-house referrals. I had no idea what she was talking about. So, I asked," who the "h" is Dr. McCullen? We're new patients to the clinic. Please call back when you get your facts straight". She began wailing and screaming at me because I used the "h" word in my style of speech. Ten minutes later she called our home to tell my spouse that we would not be patients there. We called the manager, who was referred to as " the new girl" by the reception. She was a woman in HR, named Jenny. KAIE, had already spoken to her and told her that we were on the phone swearing at her. HR backed her up and we were not accepted as new patients. THIS IS ONE MESSED UP CLINIC WITH EASILY OFFENDED CHILDISH PEOPLE RUNNING IT ! DR.BALA is not in control of her office staff, KAIE, who appears to be a workplace power queen and a childish liar. We never even stepped foot inside this clinic...thank goodness...dodged that one!
