He is quite compassionate and thorough in writing his report, and goes through interviews for at least 10 hours, so he knows the patients well. However, areas of improvements are 1) he knows very well CAS fabricate facts against the accused parent, he should therefore verify and validate any info provided by the CAS with the patient before using those info as medical evidence 2) if he knows a person does not have mental illness he should have the gut to honestly say it instead of giving somebody a vague diagnosis to protect his job in case something goes wrong (all psychiatrists should in fact do that) 3) he should be involved in treatment recommendation and plan than simply does a report and move on to the next case. After he spends so much time to assess someone, he is the best person to offer treatment suggestions, than referring to someone else where trust is not established between doctors and patient

This doctor works for The Family Assessment Court Program. Dr. mclean was unable to sit still during every appointment. He was very forgetful. When he tried to go back into his notes, which were scattered in many different areas and offices he couldn't find them. He yelled at the secretary (belittling her infront of patients) and blamed her. He couldn't read his own notes and tried to continuesly book appointments for things we already completed. If you need an assessment beware of this doctor, he is old and his memory is not what it use to be. I think he has a touch of ADD because he can't sit still for more then a second and he can't stay on the same topic for more then 2 seconds. He will answer questions for you in his own words. He needs a peer review!
