Received excellent care from Dr. Scherer! After suffering with chronic tonsillitis and mono repeatedly she removed my tonsils. Was able to get in for a consultation and have the surgery in less then 3 months and haven’t had any issues since!

The staff never turns to calls. I missed their calls nad called them back several times. Then I visited the ir office, they told me they could not get back to me. Anyways, but they managed to squueze me in between patients. If you have nose related issues I would not recommend this doctor. I have breathing problems from my left nostril but she could not see any problem after her first exam. And she did not wanna examine my nose further behind. So I left the office with the problem not solved. Waste of time.

I visited the doctor today, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was amazing. I respect for the fact that the doctor was willing to do a follow-up in regards to my situation and it made me feel more secure. I would really recommend this ENT.

Dr. Scherer treated me with professional care. She also helped me get to the root of my problems by referring me to allergists etc. I would highly recommend this Doctor as she is also caring and kind which goes along way in the medical profession. Excellent Doctor.

Amazing ENT! It took me a while to get referred to Dr. Scherer but the wait was well worth it. Very kind Doctor who really listens to her patients needs. I’m a student so I can’t take off too much time from school so she went out of her way to find me a septoplasty surgery date during my summer break when my classes were a lot lighter in course work. The surgery went very well, I wasnt feeling so good after the surgery but she kept coming in to check up on me which made me feel at ease, and even went to personally tell my family how I was doing. Herself and her entire team at the Mont-Fort hospital was amazing! She’s literally a God sent and I wish more Doctors were like her! I had a great experience with Dr. Scherer and if you are looking for an ENT, go see her!!!

I was so happy to have found this Dr in the beginning, she seems kind and caring. Our daughter (3) was sent for ultrasounds and blood work but we never heard back from the receptionist regarding the outcomes after several left messages. Unfortunately our child's condition grew worse and even after leaving messages regarding this we never heard anything back. We ended up taking our child to emerg and not even within two weeks had we saw another ENT and been booked for surgery, after gaining this information we then left another message stating our child was in need of surgery and still have yet to hear any response, would not recommend this office, maybe the Dr inst made aware of these situations but the entire situation was extremely upsetting and disappointing

Dr. Scherer is knowledgeable, kind and caring. I am so lucky to have been referred. When she was not sure of what was happening with me she also passed me onto another Doctor. I am now on my way to healing from her knowledge.
