This man is dangerous. I was referred to him by my MD and had one of the most condescending, confusing, insulting and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a medical professional in my life. I could see him really damaging someone in a fragile state of mind. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dr das my favourite aha he is most definitely a pill pusher doctor and will give anything if you just ask which is alright for some things. I saw him a year ago and he doesn’t listen to patients views and has his own view and is indeed very belligerent and abusive unless you call him out on it then he tries to outwit and coward down. He has a very very egotistical nature and tries to be cunningly deceptive and ignorant towards anyone’s cause to float his own ego and doesn’t look at facts but rather his own perception which is pretty narcissistic. He had told me I was bipolar based on past reports of me taking medications and not by actually evaluating me. I was evaluated by 6 psychologists before him and they all agreed the family doctor who put me on bipolar medication was wrong for doing it and that I clearly wasn’t and that I had ptsd symptoms and yet he claims I’m bipolar and maybe ever possibly schizophrenic after I told him why I’m not and what bipolar medication does and he told me I’m a liar and that it doesn’t do that and that his expertise is right and I was wrong when he had never tried that medication himself. If I told him valium made me sleepy he would call me a liar or if I said adhd medication make me so wired I couldn’t get an erection I was a liar… I bet if I said Tylenol was a pain reliever he would call me a liar lmao He should probably start to listen to his patients rather then his own view because he’s going to hurt someone and I’m sure he’s hurt lots already. He should loose his attitude especially if he is dealing with nut bars on the regular because he’s barking up the wrong tree.

I believe this doctors license should be revoked. He is abusive. He lies to support his view. He pushes meds which are harmful and not needed. I encourage anyone who has experienced the negative effects of theis doctor to file a legitimate complaint to the CPSA although I have discovered how unuser friendly that process really is. Somebody PLEASE STOP THIS MADMAN...

Please beware. Wanted help with anxiety. He told me I was sick and needed his medication or I would end up in hospital. No getting better without his meds. I told him I had anxiety from abuse and trauma and he said abuse and trauma does not cause mental health issues, he should know because he is the brain doctor.. Told me my memories were false memories, I said my brother had the same memories and he started talking about paranoia delusions and psychosis.. Did not believe or try understand me at all.. Just kept pushing his meds saying I'm sick and will only get worse.. Wow.. He asked where my proof was when I told him about what I was going through. He told me "that might be what you recall but that doesn't mean it happened" when I was explaining something else to him.. Accused me of driving under the influence when I don't even drive.. I left in tears and had a hypermesis episode from the stress he caused me.. He did stress that I would end up in hospital and lose my children if I didn't take his meds.. Please Beware.. Anyone with serious mental health issues should avoid this doctor.. I left feeling so hopeless and if I was really as sick as he was saying I was I probably would have given up.. This is by far the worst doctor I have ever come across.

My dad saw dr. Daz a few years ago for a significant period of time. He's nothing but a pill pusher. He actually gave my dad a prescription for Xanax to give to my brother was also a patient even though he hadn't
Been seen in a few months. He put my dad in a high dosage of Xanax as well as a high dosage of dexedrine. He's basically fried my dad's brain with meds he didnt need.

Dr. Das is abusive. If you have Mental Health issues he will not help you. He threatened to call the Police and have my husband permanently housed in a Psychiatric Ward for not taking a specific medication that he prescribed. This man is a menace and abuses his practice and it is undeniably abhorrent. He should be reported and stripped of his medical license because he could potentially drive someone who is struggling with mental health into suicide.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Das. I have seen several psychiatrists and he has been the best one thus far. Very thorough and knowledgeable. It is difficult to get an appointment with him and it is a long wait but I would say he is worth it.

Dr. Das was grossly unprofessional in my brief meeting with him. I came based on a referral from my MD. Little to my knowledge of him being the psychiatrist, he observed me in the waiting room for twenty minutes prior to my appointment. Like many others, I felt he has diagnosed me before even meeting me based on my anxious behaviours. Patronizingly, he led me through a system of questions that anyone would say yes to. It was very uncomfortable. The psychiatrist in hospital emergency, my psychologist, and my MD highly inferred I have Borderline Personality Disorder and GAD. Dr. Das quickly refuted those claims and said I had ADHD. When questioning that I had never experienced inability to concentrate or shown symptoms as a child, he quickly became defensive that I did not immediately believe him. He pigeonholed all of my claims of anxiety, depression, and interpersonal ineffectiveness as “ADHD issues” and inappropriately asked “I’m the Doctor, you’re the patient. Who do you think knows more?” About my own body and experiences? Me. He wrote me a prescription for stimulants and told me to drink more coffee (I was already abusing caffeine). I smoke medicinal Cannabis which I find aids my mental illness and he immediately ordered me to stop because it was making it worse. I said I wanted to seek a second opinion before taking stimulants and stopping cannabis and he said others would agree with him. Left in tears and feeling more hopeless than ever.

Luckily, I was referred to another psychiatrist and now successfully addressing my correctly identified borderline personality disorder. I am happier than ever with my medical team without Dr. Das.

The reviews are true. Stay away! I wish I had listened to save myself the heartache.
