The staff gives you attitude.
I’m not sure what kind of mood she’s going to be when I go see her. Sometimes she’s happy and most times she’s rude.
She makes you feel like whatever you have is not a big deal.

Dr V is an exceptional family doctor who has helped me both physically and mentally through the years. She is now making sure my young family is keeping healthy and with four boys that's no easy task.

Dr. V is a very caring practitioner. Whenever I try to see her for mental health issues, she always finds a way to squeeze me in. She sees the work I put into myself and is willing to meet me where I'm at. She's pumped me up and even made sure I had things ready for my new job! She's super non-judgmental too. She's a wonderful doctor and I am so lucky that I'm under her care. The receptionists are nice but seem so overworked it's hard to get through. But when I do it's worth it!

I have been with this doctor for so many decades! She has seen me at my best, & then, decades of struggle. She’s even helped me through severe abuse/ ptsd which made me fear relationships. She also sent me to a great psychiatrist to work with after I had my spinal/ head injury (years physio to walk again, atleast 8 major surgeries), & that also helped me to start to heal the severe abuse i’d endured. She has, & continues to help me to help heal myself! She’s seen me through severe pain (emotionally & physically), she helped me find my happiness & urged me to work towards the goal of one day having my own family or I’d regret it. Thank God. It’s absolutely been a slow crawl to health but with her & her great staff ( Stacey, who’s been a Godsend & the most lovely, Joanne) I am getting better daily, I’m trying my hand at being a present parent, getting back on my feet & finally subsiding my fears of relationships. With her & a supportive best friend /great partner who I hope to marry in the future, what more could a girl want? Thank you!

While the staff has always been fantastic, I was just told that my 10 year old little girl had the courage to try to talk to her doctor about something that she felt strongly about on how she felt about herself, and unbelievably, instead of being supportive and/or understanding, told her she was just a child that didn't know what she was talking about and it was impossible she was feeling the way she was. You may not agree with what she shared, but at the very least be understanding enough not to make herself feel horrible. Incredibly insensitive!
