Dear Bear is extremely intelligent and educated in so many areas of psychology and outside of psychology. What I like most about her office is that it's not sterile or cold. Shelves full of books, toys, games. Children's drawings are posted on several walls. I can relax and feel like she's a human being, not a judgemental clinical psychologist. She is unpretentious, real, authentic, and humble considering all of her academic and career accomplishments.

Dr. Bear deserves more than 5 stars for her knowledge and helpfulness! Her multiple degrees and experiences including being a psychologist make her an invaluable resource to myself and family members. She genuinely cares about helping and goes above and beyond what previous therapists have done for me. Her in depth knowledge of how the legal system works in family courts was an added bonus.

Most impressed with this psychologist bc of her breadth and depth of knowledge in so many areas...psychology, organizational psychology, coaching, college admissions, career trends and career fit, parenting, child law, autism, communication, and life experiences. Her knowledge is impressive, and her ability to connect and empathize with my depth of human emotional pain is equally impressive. She has been there for me in my darkest times and has shown me light. Forever grateful to Dr. Bear.
Getting an appt by voice mail is difficult. She responds quickly to emails and texts. What an asset this doctor is to the Triad! She’s a solo practitioner, not part of a large group, and her personal touch is felt from the time of initial contact.
