Excellent surgeon. Very personable showing interest and concern for his patients. Called me personally at home in the evening after my surgery to check on how I was doing.

Dr. Jordan is brilliant and I would not trust my eyes and face to anyone else. His credentials alone speak for themselves. He did an amazing upper bleph for me a few years ago and I see him regularly for Botox in my eye area. He takes great care in ensuring an excellent outcome and I am always beyond pleased with my results. He is also very pleasant and you can tell always he does his best to accommodate his patients. I highly recommend him! Do not trust your face to anyone else.

Brilliant! An amazing Doctor.
I travelled to Ottawa from Toronto- that’s how good he is.
Dr. Jordan successfully performed corrective surgery previously done in Toronto.

I had upper and lower eye surgery done by Dr. Jordan and I've found him to be the most professional and respectful Dr. I've ever seen. The results were the best.
He is detailed in his findings and explanation of each process. He was professional from my first time visit to the last one. I never had to wait for long period of time and if I had, I would certainly would have understood that it would not be intentional and that sometimes in an Ophthalmologist's life there are emergencies.. He is very caring , took his time to make me feel very comfortable during my visits and before, during and after both surgeries. He took time seeing me after my surgeries to ensure that the healing was processing well. We are blessed to have Dr. Jordan in Ottawa and highly recommend him.

Quite simply, I would not trust my face to any other doctor. Period. Dr. Jordan is highly experienced and knowledgeable. If you look at his credentials you will see that this is the professional you need to trust with your face.

He corrected some eye surgery, complaining about the earlier work I'd had done and causing me pain. Not really a nice guy

Had lower eyelids done year and half ago. Very unsatisfied with results. Dr. Jordan was terrific before surgery but as soon as I said I wasn't happy his whole persona changed. Still have pain under one eye and a gap in corner from lost suture. His solution to lopsided result was to use filler to even it out. I spent a lot of money to have bags removed. Why would I now spend more money, every 6 months, for filler to even things out? Came highly recommended but is clearly all about the money. Avoid at all costs.

My fiance had a cat scratch to her eyelid requiring stitches for closure of the wound. Dr Jordan was extremely skilled, using fine sutures to close the wound perfectly. He was compassionate, reassuring, and put my fiance at ease. We are lucky to have him in Ottawa. Thank you Dr Jordan.

Pros: Dr. Jordan is careful, takes his time, and tries to look into details of the condition. He is a fair doctor, who will even err on the side of careful conservative management of conditions. He isn't greedy.

Cons: As he is quite experienced and completed his education a lengthy time ago, his knowledge has potential to be a little more up to date. But he's still very capable, and a great doctor.

Overall, this is the right Oculoplastic eye surgeon to go to in the city. One of the best, if not the best.

I saw Dr. Jordan about 2 years ago. In my opinion, he needs to take anger management classes. He was highly recommended but maybe that was before he became this way. He also wrote the wrong notes in my file. My family doctor read them to me and everything looked off from the procedure he performed to the dates he saw me.
