Shane has always been wonderful. He's very understanding, will listen to your issues and come up with a collaborative treatment plan that you feel good about. He's super empathetic, and incredibly supportive as you navigate the many barriers within healthcare.

Speaking of barriers... However, the staff at Genetica Medical are often very abrasive and rude, and have refused to fax over my prescription refills to my pharmacy, stating that I needed to have the pharmacy *request* a prescription refill, them to then send the Rx to the pharmacy and then my pharmacy will fill it. What a waste of time making patients jump through that hoop every single time they need a refill. It's SUPER inaccessible (most folks don't have endless free time for this) let alone folks who are not physically, emotionally or mentally able to do so.
