Always a good experience once the wait in the waiting area is over...typically 20 or more. At last appt. I had arrived 10 minutes early and still waited for a half hour.

I feel the technicians are competent. When they had a question they went to a more knowledgeable source. I was made comfortable and put at ease pre and post operatively. The actual surgery was not unpleasant. The results of the surgery on the right eye was dramatic. I am most grateful to Dr, Bartlett and pleased that Dr. Caskey recommmended him.

All OK except John failed to call me about making an appointment with a plastic surgeon (related somehow to your firm) regarding my excessive tearing.

Dr. Bartlett and his staff were very kind, encouraging and helpful as I went through the pre-op, surgery itself, and post-op. I couldn't imagine a more reassuring person at the helm than Dr. Bartlett, who described the parameters of my condition with clarity, honesty, empathy and great kindness at every stage of the process.
