From firstly being recommended to Crystal Eyes by a friend and my first consultation I have been looked after so well, the receptionist are so welcoming all the staff are so caring and Dr Louren’s has been just amazing, he gave me all the information and advice I needed and is so caring, my anaesthetist rang me personally and went through everything with me too,
the day of the surgery I was made to feel so comfortable and looked after, being wrapped up in warm blankets it was like a day at a spa I felt so relaxed, once again I was informed of everything that would happen and was put at ease, my surgery went so well I had both eyes done on the same day and everything went smoothly, my recovery was really quick and I was watching TV later on in the day and reading the next day, my vision is like when I was younger before I ever wore glasses, I could not be happier with everything, I have now been for my check up and everything is great, my husband is now going to have the surgery too, I can not recommend Crystal eyes enough and anybody who is thinking about having it done 👍just go and do it, you will not be sorry and like me you will be so glad you did 😊 thank you to Dr Louren’s and all the staff at the clinic and at the hospital too 😊

There aren't enough words to explain how amazing Lourens and his team are. Not only did he fix my vision beyond anything I thought was possible but he walked me through each process with compassion and care. He takes the time to get to know his patients and does everything in a calm, reassuring and professional manner. The two procedures I had done weren't fun (in the general sense), however, Lourens and his team made sure everything was fine and they maintain contact providing excellent aftercare. The results I have had are brilliant and I cannot thank Lourens enough for his hard work and persistence in finding a solution for me. I recommend him to anyone as he will do exactly what is right for your personal eye care - not what will make him money. If you've been considering eye treatments, Lourens is your man :)

Dr Lourens and Crystal Eye Clinic are amazing!!From my first consultation, they were thorough, friendly, and put me at ease with my future eye surgery. Dr Louren and his staff are fantastic!! Very professional and friendly…I had no issues with my lense replacement for cataract… having the same multi focal lenses that were in my glasses directly into my eyes has been life changing for me.… even my putting has improved..,,
