I don't usually like Mercy Memorial of Monroe, but I LOVE Dr. Prochnow. He was very nice, and took the time to talk to me and explain everything to me and me family. He also took the extra time to make sure to line up my tattoo (and put extra staples in) after haveing to cut through it during surgery. He also made sure that I was the first surgery of his day so that he would be able to check on me in recovery before he went home! Talk about going out of your way...
