11 weeks following my February Left Hip Replacement surgery & I can seriously say that I have got my life back!
After 6 months of pain, medication & restricted movement I am swimming, walking & moving again. The weight I gained is dropping off & mentally I really feel myself...

Had a full hip replacement professor kurmis Was great he explained everything to me and after the surgery he visited me every day in the hospital my surgery was successful. thank you very much professor Andrew kurmis and hospital staff

My personal experience to date has been nothing short of exceptional.
I am booked in for a left side Hip replacement in February 2024, so I haven’t even had a procedure as yet!

However, the 1st class customer care received from Amy & Kimberley at reception & consultations with Professor Kurmis provide insight into a business that places patient care & Wellbeing at the Top of the Tree!

I am fully armed with all I need to know about the Options, Process & Roadmap ahead...thank you Team Kurmis, I am excited about the future

I visited Dr Kurmis only on one Occassion. He, in that one visit, was able to diagnose what I had been complaining about for years on end to other Doctors. I had suffered excruciating debilitating Pain for so many years, and other Doctors did not take me seriously, leaving me to suffer. Dr Kurmis identified 9 Years of undiagnosed Injuries, giving me Hope and a new Life to look forward to once I qualified for Private Health Care. I put my total trust in him, and cant wait to finally have the Surgeries I require. He is the God of Orthopaedics in my Opinion, and believe me, I have seen so manyu Doctors, who did not even bother to provide me with an MRI. So thank God, for this Intelligent, Caring, Knowledgeable, and Dedicated Doctor, Professor Kurmis.

Its been a few days over 5 months since Dr Kurmis replaced my right hip. Right from the first consult mid 2021 he gave in depth options & explanations. The information was easy to understand and he answered all my questions . I was able to have surgery earlier than I expected thanks to a co operative Health Fund & I got fitted in as soon as my cover commenced. All of the health professionals I was refered to see by him (managing GP & Anaesthetist) were also great, PLUS the administration person who organised the whole procedure was efficient , friendly & called back straight away! The surgery went well & his honest explanation of how I would feel & how the 3 days I’d spend in Hospital were spot on. His skill, friendly manner & attentiveness were outstanding. I’d highly recommend him.

I personally was extremely lucky to come in contact with professor kurmis,after whinging to my partner how dissatisfied I was with the current surgeon I was dealing with...she researched and came up with Professor Kurmis!!Wow !! seriously if anyone who is after joint replacement,(total hip for me)please make an appointment and sit down with this guy,he is the ultra professional in his field, extremely honest,gives u options,I totally respect someone who is at the top of there game and continues to want to improve there craft,very impressive!!from start to finish my surgery was successful,and was informed from start to finish how it would all unfold, absolutely 100% accurate,also for a very sort after surgeon he was on hand every morning of my recovery whilst I was in hospital, I'm very lucky to have been treated by the TGM....(THE GREAT MAN)...any one who needs joint replacement,just book a appointment with professor kurmis,you will not be disappointed...

Not a journey I want to take regarding my hip but after an in-depth conversation with Prof Kurmis I feel re-assured that a hip replacement will be the way to go. Thank you so much Prof Kurmis.
