Dr Pare has been of great assistance. He has been super compassionate and supportive throughout my sessions. He is professional and knowledgeable. He has been an integral part of my recovery.

I didn't want to pay for a psychologist so my ex helped me pay and now that I've had so much help, it's easy to see why professionals like this charge what they do. 'Tim' pare as he doesn't swagger his education around like some people we know, was very approachable. I was able to work through my fear of small spaces, and laugh If you want but my quality of life has improved a lot because of it. I don't know whats next with these helpful tools I may be able to take an elevator easily EVERY DAY or try the float tanks like I wanted to do for a while. Hey thanks a lot, highly recommended.

Dr Paré mirrors my behaviour; and, refuses to put in the work for me. He expects me to work on my concerns; and, holds me accountable in a compassionate and cheerful fashion.

It is with regret that I leave an unfavorable review of Dr. Pare, specifically with regards to couples counselling. I patiently waited for some helpful tools or some indication that he was aware of our problems and had some expertise to help us address them. There was nothing, even after 4 sessions, and his own discomfort with heightened emotion and communication challenges ultimately derailed our final session, with a childish outburst from this counselor, not either of the clients. It was the most disrespectful and damaging experience I have ever had with a "professional" counselor, and had I not had many years of experience with good counselors, I may not have been so quickly aware of how inappropriate his behavior was. Not recommended.
