It is with great relief I extend this review of Dr. Tim Pare's psychological support due to trauma in an ICBC investigated accident in 2013. Along with physiotherapy, I was able to regain the use of my body nearly to pre-accident status. My mind is more capable of dealing with road triggers thanks to his breathwork tools and mindfulness exercises. Anyone in a simar situation I recommend a minimum of 5-10 months work with a psychologist such as Tim. He gave me my life back!

Marlene was super helpful with my billing situation. She and Dr. Pare helped me manage through the corona lockdown and I did not get sick. I believe I did not get sick because I was appropriately psychological supported.

Dr Parry and I have been meeting the first Wednesday of each month so that I may be able to reach my goal of participating in the times colonist 10 km race. My brother is a runner and I was not considered athletic growing up. And, I also have General Anxiety Disorder to deal with which is a whole other beast. He's supporting me while I commit to letting that go.

This is a positive review for Dr. Paré!!! Because of home renovations and other items, I was experiencing a lot of stress....working through my fears in a non-judgemental environment before taking action.... saved me a lot of anguish. I live a very busy life and with his help I figured out my home. Have a good day. Bye.
