This is a recommendation for Tim: I was worried about being judged in therapy. And, because I wasn't - it was a positive experience. Dr Paré was recommended to me from my friend Julia whom described him "as to psychology - as Mounir to hair'. I am happy with the progress so far and his innovative interventions. For example: if I am speaking on a tangent about an area of extreme stress, he pretends to hit his leg on the chair to help diffuse the energy and help me regain my presence. I find that sort of gentle intervention quite helpful!

Dr. Pare has put forward a formidable amount of effort into helping me recover from childhood trauma. As most people are aware these patterns often cycle through into adulthood. Tim assisted in curating books from the library that matched my abilities and interest in healing. He also offered online reading links & podcasts of interest: and, if I didn't read or listen to one, it was no big deal.
