Dr Pacia is probably the best overall physician I've ever had, across any specialty. We worked together for nine years, as I transitioned to more effective AEDs and eventually a two-stage brain surgery.

Dr. Pacia has kept me seizure free while under his care for over 16 years! Now I am 47 years old but I initially went under a sleep study at NYU which identified the part of my brain that was causing the seizures. Dr. Pacia and his team successfully treated me since then and kept me seizure free. He is always sincere and makes me feel comfortable to talk about anything that concerns me with this illness. He is an excellent listener and gives me the time to talk thru any concerns I have, and makes me feel good after meeting with him. I travel two hours each way for my appointments and it's well worth it. I highly recommend him as a doctor. Thank you Dr. Pacia! You saved my life!

I'm as picky as they come, and can truly say that having this man as my Neurologist is a blessing. I've had Epilepsy for almost 30 years now, and have seen/come across some really crappy Neurologists. However, Dr. Pacia is gold. He's on point, wholeheartedly cares, and his staff is phenomenal.

Dr.Pacia is one of the best neurologists/epileptologists in New York. He is knowledgeable,takes his time to explain things using terms that patients can understand. His staff is friendly and the office is very clean and welcoming. I have been a patient of Dr.Pacia's for several years now, and after seeing other neurologists, he is the only one who has helped my condition.

Not a bad doctor, personality was ok but knew nothing about benzos or neurological lyme disease..he is probably better in other matters of the brain.
