I was most impressed with the professionalism of the male receptionist, who answered my questions and facilitated me obtaining a timely appointment for my EMG. Overall, the staff was friendly and respectful. Excellent customer service is difficult to obtain these days. I immediately felt comfortable, when I met Dr. Holmes. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The EMG procedure is by no means fun, but I felt at ease throughout the procedure. He provided verbal cues for each "prick", which helped me to ready myself by using breathing techniques. Dr. Holmes shared preliminary impressions and answered my questions. I would refer Dr. Holmes to others, who may searching for a neurologist. Dr. Holmes and staff, thank you for your excellent service!

After being diagnosed with Temporal Arteritis, recently, one of the doctors I needed to see was a Neurologist.
Dr. Kenneth Holmes…was who I wanted to see.
30 yrs ago he treated my then, college age son, for Guillain-Barré syndrome. His care and concern was outstanding and he helped my son and my family through a frightening time in our lives.
My visit to see him did not disappoint. Once, again, of all the doctors I’ve needed to see, he was the most thorough in his physical exam of me. He entered and recorded all of the information I gave him, stopping along the way to ask questions, all in his efforts to help me.
In other words…”he listened”!
He is still the same….with the ambition, drive and enthusiasm of the young doctor I met 30 years ago!

The staff was extremely helpful from the time of making my appointment til my arrival at the office. The front desk was very patient and helpful. Nathan who helped me make the appointment and confirm it explained the process. Dr. Holmes made me very comfortable while doing the test and explained each step. Dr Holmes has a great bedside manner.

Was in office for an EMG procedure. Dr Holmes was very informative and caring during procedure. Attempted to divert my mind off of uncomfortableness of the EMG and was very quick in acquiring information the first time and finished everything in approximately 40 minutes. Was prompt in starting EMG on time. The staff was nice too!

Dr. Holmes is very kind and compassionate Doctor. I’ve been a patient of his for over 25 years & has always been available for any cares or concerns I might have. I completely trust him with my neurological care. He’s the best.
