Dr Rice has been taking care of me since 2020 after there was a big mess up with my surgery that resulted WITH ME ending up with a bad brain injury He is AMAZING Whats happening to him IS TOTALLY UNFAIR TO HIM AND HIS PATIENTS SHAME ON THEM

Dr. Rice is the most knowledgeable doctor around and I can't think of anyone I would trust more with my health care needs than him. The fact that the college has suspended his medical license is negatively impacting my health as I am now not able to see him. What they are doing to him is criminal, and they are the ones who should be reprimanded for their actions.

Highly recommended. Takes his time and actually cares about you as a patient. No neurologist in Windsor could even see you as quickly as he would or get the answers you needed. He went above and beyond for me. Also answers every text or call on his personal line when you need answers or help.

My family doctor refused to send me for an MRI (even if I went to the States and paid for it myself) for facial pain I had been experiencing for over a year. When I contacted Dr Rice, he saw me the same day and got me in for an MRI the following week, which I didn't have to drive to the US or pay for. He always made himself available to me via text or by seeing me for appointments with short notice (find me another neurologist who gives you his cell and personally answers your text messages). Dr Rice is so knowledgeable and caring, and also made me feel validated and understood about what was going on with my health. I was trying to get pregnant at the time, and he offered me various options to help me become pain-free while also prioritizing my future baby's health. It's evident how much he cares about his patients; he has been Godsent for me and I'm so appreciative of the help I've received from him.

Dr Rice has been a fantastic and reliable doctor to our family . He’s gotten things done that was needed faster than going anywhere else. He was a driving force getting our medication provider to cover my sons much needed migraine medication. He’s far more accessible than any other doctor we’ve had.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rice for three years. He has always been available quickly and provides excellent care. He is easy to talk to about issues has a broad general knowledge and can quickly zero in on the underlying issues. I am very confident in his skills and confident in the level and quality of care I receive.

I saw Dr Rice early last wk for my first appointment...what can i say about this man...i entered a confused, anxious, concerned patient and left with more hope for the future than I thought was possible.
I had a stroke just as the world was shutting down to covid, and have not had a neurologist until i was luckily referred to him through my family physician just recently.
I was full of anxiety and so nervous but Dr Rice listened to me, he explained things to me, answered my questions, made me feel at ease and most importaantly he gave me hope that i can continue to improve . I am so very blessed to have him on my team.
In these times of everyone being so rushed Dr Rice is available for calls and to answer questions and calls 24/7 which is rare these days! I am super hopeful for my future under his care....Cannot say enough in the space provided.. highly recommend him :)

Dr. Rice is always thorough and so kind. He gave my infant daughter a little board book to take home. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He makes you feel very comfortable.

I concur completely with all the positive comments concerning Dr. Rice. He could tell that my symptoms were not grounded in psychiatric mental illness but rather in neurology unlike the other neurologists I saw before I was able to be assessed by Dr. Rice. Extremely intelligent, curious and compassionate, a difficult combination to find.
