Unprofessional office. Staff immediately told me when I arrive it was MANDATORY that a credit card be on file, I disagreed and said I would not agree to any charges on my card. They charge what they want to credit cards and do not contact patients yet they put a date on a bill than mail the bill out 7 days later, gives them plenty of time to run up your credit care and they refuse to credit your card - that isn't their policy to return money when they weren't authorized. The nurse PA, rude and unprofessional, she doesn't listen or read notes so don't waste your time at this office go to a professional office that knows how to run a business like a business.
