Steven and his entire team from reception through to admissions and surgical team were all amazing. So comforting, reassuring, and kind. I was extremely nervous and very teary yet all the team made me feel supported. I cannot thank them enough. The entire experience was the best experience I’ve had with medical staff ever. My first colonoscopy and it was a walk in the park. Organised everything directly with my insurer, procedure was stress and pain free. Staff were amazing. For an invasive/embarrassing procedure it was a walk.

My gastroscopy was completely pain free, and I was always comfortable. Dr Ding and his staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. They put me at ease. Dr Ding saw me in person after the procedure and explained the findings. I was provided with a written report. I could not have asked for a better experience. Full marks!
