Was very disappointed. Didn't help me in diagnosing my problem. Just told me to take pain meds and bind my foot for swelling. A waste of time.

Very disappointed with this doctor, he didn’t answer us any questions when the appt done just like 10mins after. Did sort of treatment that what isn’t professional and no responsibility to help patient. Be careful their Google reviews are locked so that you can’t rate it on google. Very bad

Horrible customer service and did not take accountability after a procedure he performed failed to work. Very disappointed in my dealing with him.

After suffering foot pain for over a decade and seeing a sports medicine doctor, orthapaedic surgeon, physiotherapists, massage therapists, being diagnosed with potential Morton's Neuroma, flat feet, plantar fasciatis and probably more, I had pretty well resigned myself to having sore feet. But this was not going to work for me. I love hiking and walking. I found Dr. Allen on a web search and was happy to see he was only a 15 minute walk from my home. It's a pandemic so I was actually surprised to get in so quickly. I was greeted at the door, politely asked the usual Covid questions and then the fun started. Within 25 minutes, I had a very thorough examination of my feet, my gait was examined, and I left with an order for a properly fitting pair of shoes and a letter to my GP requesting diagnostics to conrfirm what he felt was the problem(s) with my feet. This doctor answered all my questions, listened attentively while I spoke and was truly interested in finding solutions. I am so happy to have found this clinic, and in particular, this doctor. If you have any foot ankle issues, make the appointment with Dr. Allen. He truly cares and is extremely knowledgeable about his area of expertise.

I needed new orthotics my 1st visit was on Jan 15th, and I have had numerous visits since because I wanted my orthotics to be similarly than my previous pair and it looks like he is not well versed on that issue. I am still waiting for hte final products it has gone back to the lab 3 times and I hope this will be last time and they will be as desired. I find for my need it did not work out well I probably needed a podiatrist. He is very nice person but not really expert on orthotics and special requests. I will not go back too much time to get them finlized correctly.

Really one of the best medical experiences I've had all year and it's been a rough year medically. Dr. Allen is compassionate, knowledgeable and gives amazing follow up. Actually any follow up is amazing as none of my other doctors do it :)
