I have nothing but praise for everyone in the office. They all treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect. Martin and Kay are both highly knowledgeable and extremely well versed in their profession. I have been seeing them for the past 6 years, during that time Martin has corrected a condition that my GP Dr misdiagnosed and he fixed my lower back and knee pain with properly fitted orthotics. I would highly recommend them.

I have nothing but respect and gratitude for Martin-after much pain and discomfort with my back and ankles, it was determined that I needed better orthotics than what I had been given by previous medical provider. I was skeptical that it would work, but literally my issues have been resolved and I am so elated!

I don't generally post on these sites the anonymity means the ratings aren't reliable. But I was so happy to finally have my problem dealt with I decided to do it. In all my dealings with him he is true professional with a great sense of humor and compassion to add to his knowledge. After seeing many others I thought I would be simply provided insoles. Instead he felt my problems were caused by a medical condition and advised I be seen by my Family Doctor. I followed his advice and now feel pain free.

Martin Hayles is excellent at what he does! My family has been going to him for over 5 years and we find him so pleasant and genuine and caring. The entire office is great-always pleasant and accommodating, just a nice change from other medical offices!

Dr. Martin Hayles is an excellent podiatrist. I first met Dr. Hayles and his wife while skiing and them went to see him for ingrown toenails and corns. I am a regular patient and Martin is the just a great person all round and a joy to visit. You just know that he really cares about all his patients.
