One of the best Doctors that we have had, and having travelled across Canada and having lived in various cities we have had a few. He is always proactive, has a wealth of knowledge and patiently listens to your concerns and clarifies all your doubts, sometimes even drawing pictures or googling things as we speak to make things more clear. Even though he is extremely busy I do not feel that I wasn't listened to or was short changed. He is always professional and respectful.

There is no way that Dr. Somanathan is mean to anyone, he just doesn't have it in him, he's the nicest guy ever. Hard worker, he never stopped working over the past 3 years, just supportive, kind and good guy.

Dr D and his staff are second to none. Both of my parents are patients of his. Both suffer from dementia and other health issues. Dr D always treats both of them with kindness and dignity and welcomes them without appointments when they cannot wait for an open spot. I think he may be the hardest working family physician out there!
