I have been with this office since 2010. Over the years, they have made many changes... some for the better some for the worse. I feel that as of right now (Aug 2014), they have made some changes for the better. Definitely around Fall 2011-2012, I was very unhappy with the staff. They made critical mistakes (imo, but no one was harmed) and I started looking for a new doctor. However, around spring of 2013, they made changes to their staffing and I have been pretty happy since. If it wasn't for CJ (a nurse), I wouldn't have ever given this office another chance but I am glad that I did... at least for now.

Dr. Miller's office and staff used to be great. But over the years, that has changed and anymore, I never see Dr. Miller himself nor do I see the same doctor twice (or so it seems). I have also been left waiting for more than 40 minutes more than once. And the doctors Dr. Miller is hiring into his practice are not very good; either horrible bedside service or dismissive. This is really disappointing to me because, again, I used to love Dr. Miller and he was so great with our son. Now it seems we need to find a new pediatrician.

My daughter has been going to this office since she has been born and has yet to see Dr. Miller, why go to a pediatrician if we dont see the doctor atleast one time. I dont mind the nurse practioners but it would be nice to see the actual physician during one visit. I am going for a second opinion just because it doesnt make sense to me.

To be fair, I have to note that I NEVER even made it to Dr. Miller so I cannot rate him. I had the unfortunate opportunity to interface with the office staff, & we will never be back. After making an appt to see Dr. Miller for the first time for our 2 year old visit, my daughter became ill & I called for a sick appt. The office gave me a very hard time, pushing me further back because she had to get "paperwork" together (as it turns out they had me complete 2 forms). We had to wait until the ladies at the front finished their 10 minute long personal conversation before they even acknowledged we were there. At one point, one of them looked at us, turned her back and began WHISPERING (the other looked at us very obviously). Lovely way to greet new patients! Dr. Brown (not the dr. we went to see) entered the room, announced herself with barely any eye contact (no greeting/handshake) and just began asking questions about my daughter. Not acceptable and we will never be back.

After my son's first peditrician totally mis-diagnosed my son's ear-nose-throat issues, then said his seizures were nothing "he's just resetting himself" I was too through! Dr. Miller totally got us on the right path with my son's healthcare, referred us to Children's, and He's totally been on top of my son's care.

This is the peditrician of choice, without a doubt. My daughter had her last visit @ age 19, and yes, he started seeing her at 1 day old in the hospital after birth up until she left for college. He has a great bedside manner, is funny, and truly cares about your child. I cant think of one negative thing in the 19 years he treated my daughter. He only employs the best doctors in his office and staff is awesome. If I had it to do over, I wouldnt change a thing.

We absolutely love Dr. Miller and his staff! Dr. Miller and the other providers in his practice are always eager to address our concerns and are very thorough at our office visits. The nurses are knowledgable and very friendly and the front desk always greets us with a smile. We can always get an appt the same day we need one when our children are sick. In addition, they offer Saturday appts which is hard to find at other offices. We wouldn't think of being seen anywhere else.

Dr. Miller is a fantastic doctor and has given us knowledgeable info and as much time as we need for the past 10 years. Other doctors in his office have also been great. Staff is fine, but if they were not I would tell them directly because they should be told and I/we pay their salary now don't we!

Our daughter has been a patient for 7 months and Dr. Miller is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. His staff and especially billing office is atrocious to say the least. They belittle me and hung up on a conference call between myself and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Very unprofessional. I am going to let Dr. Miller know about this situation and monitor future encounters with his office so see if there is any improvement.
