I will never ever take my children to this office ever again. The office staff is beyond rude. My son was very ill and should have been hospitalized for a severe blood infection. I had to actually consult my ex-husband (a pcp) in order to insure my son was treated correctly. I called and complained to Mrs. Miller who begged us to stay. I gave it one more chance and that was one to many. I'm done!

Our daughter was a patient of Dr. Miller's. He was very neglegant with her care-diagnosing her iwth an ear infection and bronchitis but refusing to give her anything, including cough meds or an antibiotic. Took her to an ENT who raved about how my daughter was neglected etc. He may be neglectful but his wife (office manager) is out of her mind!

We left Dr. Miller's for a different pediatrician 5 months ago and still having problems getting copies of our kids' medical records turned over - even after paying them money to do so. Also Dr. Reed diagnosed our baby's earinfection and was not worried that she had a high fever for 4 days. We got a second opinion and turns out she was given the wrong antibiotics and ended up with tubes in her ears. I would not recommend anyone to this office!

We took our children to the Waldorf office. We liked that they seperated the well and sick waiting rooms. Overall the doctors were knowledgable and friendly. The staff is a little cold and distant, which is not desirable in a childrens practice. We had a problem with the insurance and school shots. Dr. Miller's wife told us that Tricare would not pay for the shots because it has been less than a year since the last well visit. We spoke to Tricare and they said there shouldn't be an issue for school shots. When we called back to explain what Tricare had said Dr. Miller's wife become extremely rude, belligerant, and belittling. First with my wife and then with me. I said we can conference call tricare in to explain to her their policy, but I said that would be a waste of both of our time and that to please get my kids medical records ready. Everything went further south from there. We will never take our kids there again. There fine until you have problems then beware.

Dr. Miller is a very good pediatrician. Very good with kids. He is attentive to the parents concerns and takes time to address them. The nursing staff are great. The front office is the weakest link. Some (but not all) of the persons working at that office are unfriendly and rude. I take my kids to the Leonardtown office so this probably is only true for that office.

Dr. Millers office was a great place until my insurance company made a mistake. Dr. Millers office failed to notify us until almost a year later and while in the process of fixing the mistake Dr. Millers wife called and threatened me and my children. We have pulled our children out of his office,of which we have been there 5 years. We are now fighting with them to get our medical records in which they are refusing to give us.

Dr. Miller is absolutely the best pediatrician I've ever met. He truly loves children, but even more important than that, he treats parents' concerns with respect. Fantastic doctor -- I'd recommend him to anyone.
