After seeing a new dentist ( general dentistry) who said I needed two teeth extracted for implants.
I scheduled my appointment , with Dr. Kaufman, ( my wife had gone to him) for the extractions. Dr. Kaufman was very honest and said my teeth were very good and I did not need the extractions. The new dds just wanted to do implants on good teeth! It has been 9 months and I still do not have problems with the teeth the other dds said I needed extracted. Thank you Dr.Kaufman, and to you terrific staff. Still trying to find a new “honest” general practice dentist.

My husband was scheduled for major oral surgery on a Friday. The Thursday before, he went personnally to the office to confirm everything was ready and they assured him it was. He and I both took the day off work Friday, and I arranged for child care so I could be with him. We were there for the first appointment of the day and we were 15 minutes early. After sitting in the waiting area for 30 minutes, they called him up to say they could not proceed because they had "too many consults" booked for the day! They were unsympathetic and said there was nothing to be done. I however was VERY insistent, as we had personally invested time and money, that it be done that day. They did proceed, but I witnessed the staff calling other patients to cancel or reschudule their appointments. They were as unsympathetic on the phone as they were in person. I also witnessed another man come in for a scheduled extraction only to be told to come back in a few hours. Totally unacceptable and shocking.

This is long overdue thank you. Dr. Kaufman took time explaining what drug he would use for my extraction ( I have many drug allergies). He explained the different options I had, I chose extraction. I followed the directions on what to do after the extraction exactly and had no problems. It has been almost 6 months and I am very happy I went to Dr. Kaufman. The staff are all very courteous and handled my insurance promptly timely. A very professional office.

Dr. Kaufman is kind, caring, gentle and calm. The same goes for his staff. They are all wonderful and work so well together. Without reserve I recommend his practice to anyone, but especially someone who may have a bit of anxiety. Simply the best.

Just read all the reviews below and agree with all already written. Kaufman is patient, cares, up to date, honest, direct and wonderful! You know you are in great hands here. Wish I had found him in the beginning he took over a botched job from someone else. He is gentle and fabulous.

I would never consider going to anyone else. My family has been to Dr Kaufman for wisdom teeth and I have required his services a number of times over the years. Just finished having him extract a couple of teeth and do a resection of bridge. He is by far, the best of the best. His support staff and the up front people are professional and friendly. Going back when I need to and it will probably be in the not to distant future..

Had 5 teeth extracted yesterday including one extra above a wisdom tooth that was undoubtedly a challenge for him to remove. I had no pain during the procedure and only mild soreness today that I am sure will be gone in a day or two. Great job and reasonable prices.
