To start with my consultation appointment immediately walking into the office Dr. Kaufman's staff makes you feel welcome. They are super friendly! I was already a nervous wreck at just at the thought of having to get them out. I was actually told 6 years prior by my regular dentist that my wisdom teeth would surely come in impacted and chickened out! Dr. Kaufman told me they actually came in straight and I didn't really have to get them out, and left the decision up to me. They were causing me pain so I knew this was inevitable! I really liked that he wasn't pushy! Day of surgery I went in they made me feel comfortable he chatted with me & before I knew it I was out! When I woke I was 4 teeth lighter & his staff even helped my fiancée get me to the car! If I had to do it again I would gladly go back & let Dr. Kaufman pull my teeth out any day! I had a wisdom tooth pulled and i was EXTREMELY nervous. I am on call for my own buisness so when i had to reschedual my 1st appointment there was no problem there. Upon arriving the wait time was around 40 minutes. They explained to me it was because doc was finishing up with what turned out to be a difficult surgery. Once in the chair I explained my concerns and I changed my mind about 3 or 4 times on whether I wanted gas or general. He just kept putting the tube on my nose and taking it off... PATIENCE is an understatement to describe this dentist! Once finally deciding on general he sees that i have very poor veins- he had to put the i.v. in my hand . I was nervous about that but it didn't hurt a bit! The stitches fell out and I healed up beautifully within one week. Dr Kaufman is terrific. Thank you doc!! Nancy (the segway lady)

I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman! I am a chicken when it comes to dentists, but him & his awesome staff made me feel very calm & comfortable! He also gave me an excellent price due to my insurance only giving me a discount. If you're looking for an oral surgeon, he is definitely the one to go with!
