Left another clinic in the county because of several reasons, was not sure where to turn until several people urged me to go to Doc Rami @ County Dental. Truly love the office and the doctor here. Kind staff. Doctor cares, explains things, plays music and works with your fears and anxieties and made sure i was taken care of every step of the way. Its rare to find someone this kind.

Christmas Eve
The only dentist who would ever answer on Christmas Eve and we can’t thank you enough
We have to admit my husband and I have never ever encountered a dentist that cares so much about his patients and goes out of his way to make sure we’re safe and pain free. We read many of reviews and are so blessed to have such a great dentist with a great team. The team at county dental is just phenomenal and we always have great experiences. I wouldn’t tell anyone to go try anywhere else unless you truly don’t care who takes care of your teeth (and they are precious!!) we love you doctor rami and team and we wish you all a merry Christmas !

Just wow!
I can’t believe how incredibly gentle and amazing Doctor Rami is
I didn’t have soemthing easy done at all
I had a tooth out a bone graft and a dental implant screw
I still can’t believe that I felt
Nothing !
I can chew fine, I feel fine, I didn’t take any pain killers
He is just a miracle worker indeed

I wanted to spend my time and write a very thorough and extensive review for Dr Majid and his staff and office so that many other new people coming and moving to this amazing and beautiful area are aware of his office and his clinic. My family consisting of 3 children, myself and my husband all moved to the Wellington area almost 4 years ago. We at first tried an office in Trenton and were very unhappy with how much it felt pushy and all about asking our insurance information and pushing us to do things we felt didnt need to be done. I investigated further and discovered a CBC documentary of how many dentists lie and falsify what is found and it shocked me. I asked the dental office more questions and another dentist answered them, not even the same one that told us we needed that work. We decided to leave and leave fast. We tried another office in prince edward county only to discover that many of the reviews were very strange and did not seem real (my husband works in IT and he has his ways to figure this out...) long story short we decided to try "local" and gave it a chance. We discovered the owner does not even come to the office much and they expected all these forms filled out and the staff felt very unprofessional at least on one occasion. We felt frustrated. We wanted to go back to our original dentist in Whitby and at church I was telling a fellow new friend about our frustrations with finding not just a family doctor (We kept ours in Whitby) but a good dentist. They asked where we tried and then they said right away "YOU NEED TO TRY DR RAMI HE IS THE ONLY ONE I WOULD SEND ANYONE TO!" They told us how pain free, how he helps people, how he helps the less fortunate, how he takes those on disability, how he goes in last nights to senior homes and helps the elderly who cant get rides in, how much he puts his heart into his patients and office. I started researching him and discovered SO MANY WONDERFUL REVIEWS and an AMAZING website (www.countydentalcare.ca) that was so genuine and so well done and it felt this was finally the office for us. We since have had examinations in which Dr Rami said "no we should NOT TAKE NEW XRAYS" as it is radiation and unnecessary costs and he made sure our offices sent over our files. He offered us wonderful second opinions and made us feel completely at ease that MOST OF THE WORK RECOMMENDED WAS NOT NECESSARY! I cannot say enough about his kind demeanor, his amazing chair side manner, his honest and gentle personality and the fact that he is there early until late and he own the clinic and treats everyone like family including his staff members. I and my family are truly privileged to join his busy clinic and RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE FROM NOW ON AS THEY ARE THE GREATEST PEOPLE YOU CAN ASK FOR, GOD BLESS, THANK YOU FOR HELPING US SO SO VERY MUCH AND We wish your entire wonderful team happy holidays and Merry Christmas.

I wish I found this office when I was 15! I had a lifetime of dental phobia and fear and it took me years and years to finally say enough is enough my pain and breathe are so bad I decided to finally go. I can’t handle needles or pain especially in my mouth but I felt I couldn’t smile anymore or chew properly. My other problem is I’m on odsp because of so much anxiety and depression and I take so many medications it makes it hard to do anything. I didn’t know where to turn so I went ti Picton hospital. After hours and hours of waiting I was told “your best bet my friend is to see the best dentist around and that is county dentist doctor Remi” so I asked a few friends and they all said they went there and he’s just the greatest and you can’t feel a thing when he works in you. So I did it. I had a few appointments now and they worked with me and my odsp and they are a team of angels who saved my smile and got me out of pain step by step. Doctor Remi is just magical I never ever ever felt his needles and he is beyond talented.

I switched and am so glad I could finally get in to see doctor Rami! I was so unhappy with the other office in town and felt fleeced everytime and I didn’t like the fact that there are always different dentists around and got fed up. My good friends told me to switch and go here and I finally got lucky and got an appointment. Man it’s a refresher to find a dentist who actually listens and actually values you as a patient not a wallet. Thank you to the wonderful front desk staff and to Doctor Rami for amazing appointments that my wife and I both equally rated as our best ever :)

Great experiences today with the hygienist Caroline and Doctor Rami. This is the office I’ve long wait for and I’m so glad I found it and listened to my coworkers. Very down to earth, very honest, no sales people here just kind hearted good humans and wonderful music. I love that Doctor Rami is the owner and I have heard about all he does to our community and that only makes me a bigger fan :) I wouldn’t go anywhere else
