Dr Stening is a very caring doctor. Questions answered honestly. Very approachable. No hesitation to recommend him. His staff are lovely too.

I have been very impressed and satisfied with the professional treatment provided for my recent hip replacement operation by Dr Michael Stening and associated staff. My recovery from this operation has been excellent in terms of rapid mobility and pain reduction. My post operative care was also excellent at both Hawkesbury Hospital and later Lakeview. …I particularly appreciated the ease in which I was able to be directed into the post operative rehabilitation program a Lakeview.

Dr Stenning op on my right knee, a complete replacement.
Through this entire procedure I always had confidence in his ability. I had a few concerns due my Other health problems but all was explained very clearly.
Dr Stenning has now opperated on Myself, my Brother and Sil. I'm the latest and atm all is going well so far.

You're in good hands from the moment of first contact. Marilyn and Janette are a delight and go so far above and beyond expectations. The care is personal, not rushed, every patient is treated like they matter. Dr Michael Stening performed surgery on me on 14th Feb 2024, a total knee replacement. My recovery is testament to Dr Stening's skill, 110 degree bend after 3 weeks! The pain from arthritis gone, with adherence to physio and hydro sessions, I expect close to full movement restored, much improving my quality of life. None of this would have been possible without the skill and knowledge of Dr Stening and his wonderful team. His lovely manner is just an unexpected bonus. I am sincerely grateful to be under the care of this wonderful team. 5 +++ star rating from me

This is the 3rd surgical intervention with Michael Stening. His experience of pain origin and knowledge of each procedure has been explicit, and all operations have proved effective. He takes personal pride in his work and is has a reassuring manner. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Dr Stening as an orthopaedic surgeon.
He is professional, kind, caring and informative. I had a hip replacement that went exceptionally well, from first consultation, surgery, through post op recovery, I couldn’t fault him.

I would recommend Dr Stening to anyone requiring knee surgery, or any orthopaedic surgery, I have had no problems with the surgery on both of my knees , no complications they have healed very well.
