I had twice Mohs treatments for skin cancer on my face. First time about 100 stitches, second time thirty stitches…All healed so well that people don’t believe me when I tell the story. She is a five stars surgeon and she and her staff made the whole process (about 8 hours) easy and painless.

Dr. Kossintseva is the gold standard in her field of dermatology and reconstructive surgery (based on the cancer surgery (Mohs) I received in December 2022).

Dr. K's staff (thank you Sinead for everything), Dr. Fournier and the nursing staff (Jennifer and Reyna) are first class from the moment you enter the clinic until the moment you leave.

Communication in-clinic, on the phone, and by e-mail is first class.

Dr K made a very worrisome skin cancer operation easy to deal with. After 2 GP’s had negated my concerns, I pushed to see a dermatologist, finding out that the small zit on my nose was in fact BCell Carcinoma. I had to wait 9 months until a cancellation came up. She is very reassuring, kind, empathetic and wants the best for her clients. Nursing and desk staff were super good.
Bc is very lucky to have her.

Dr. Kossintseva is AMAZING!!! I had a basal cell on my forehead that had really spread and she had to cut me open from my scalp down to my eyebrows. She had to cut out seven layers before all the cancer was out. Because the hole was so large, if she had just sewed it up, my eyebrows would've been touching, so she cut flaps on both sides of my nose right to my corners of my eyes and then she lifted the flaps up to cover the bottom of the hole. She had to put in over 100 stitches. It is now about eight months later and most of my friends say they can't even see the scar. She was extremely caring and the most amazing doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I consider myself extremely lucky to have had her do my surgery because she did a masterpiece. She deserves 100 stars.

Dr.K arrived in the room with a great amount of energy and enthusiasm. She patiently answered all of my questions and she spent a great amount of time closing my surgery. She is a true credit to her profession! I was very pleased to have her as my surgeon.
