Dr. Edwards was absolutely wonderful to work with. She gave me so many helpful strategies to help me with my body-focused repetitive behaviour (BFRB) through the Habit Busters program. Each week of the program was accompanied by handouts and other resources. Dr. Edwards is extremely thorough, kind, personable, and resourceful, and she has really helped me to make great improvements when it comes to my BFRB, understanding my triggers, recognizing my negative thought patterns, setting realistic goals, and practicing self compassion. I highly recommend working with her!

When our son was diagnosed with OCD and Tourettes, we were so worried and troubled about his future. We started working with Dr. Edwards and in time, our whole world turned from overwhelming stress and anxiety to the ability to help our son. With the strategies she taught us, he found great relief for long stretches of time from OCD and TS and we felt as if we had gotten our son back from a dark place that we couldn't help him. With Dr Edwards's help, we grew along with him on this journey of OCD and TS management. We learned what these conditions are and what we, as parents, could do to help our son - we didn't feel helpless anymore. In fact, he was doing so well managing OCD and TS that we didn't have a need to see Dr Edwards for a couple of years. Then, a serious episode snuck up and struck him down. We didn't notice the warning signs and then suddenly, it was hard for him to attend school for a week. I called Dr. Edwards and she quickly turned things around, she squeezed him into her already busy schedule and she worked with him and my husband and myself - reminding us of the strategies and guiding us towards his recovery. She was never judgemental or critical. We always felt listened to. She was always kind and thoughtful - firmly but gently guiding us. With her help, our son was soon back at school and recovering well. We are so very grateful to Dr. Edwards.

We had an amazing experience with Dr Edwards. When we received an OCD diagnosis for our son, we were overwhelmed, stressed and very worried about his mental health. Finding Dr Edwards and learning about her approach to helping children with OCD was such a relief. We really appreciated the goals-based structure, practical strategies and age-appropriate activities she used to help our son make progress. He is doing so well now. More confident, outgoing, optimistic, self-reliant, empowered and happy.
