I saw Dr. Chow when my 6 month old had severe constipation and digestion problems. I was grateful that she listened to all of my concerns, suggested a treatment plan that didn't require any medications or invasive exams, and was able to help resolve these issues fairly quickly. My baby is now a good eater and a pooper thanks to her!

Dr. Chow takes the time to listen and address every concern we have. She is knowledgeable and has taken care of my son with the most friendly and professional manner. We have had no issues making appointments and she is always punctual. Thank you for being such a reassuring and dependable doctor!

Dr. Chow is an amazing pediatrician. We were quite worried about our daughter and she was able to help us resolve her health issues and reassure us as parents that we were doing the right thing. She's got great bedside manner and truly does care for her patients. I couldn't say enough good things about Dr Chow. I would highly recommend her!

I've taken my son to see multiple pediatricians and Dr.Chow is the only one that would take the time to really address our concerns fully. It's obvious she truly cares about her patients and she was able to figure out what was wrong when others before her couldn't. Thank you!!

Worst receptionist ever. First off, I can never get through the line to book an appointment. One time I called and another person picked up saying "I don't know how to book appointment because the receptionist who used to work here is out of town". Fine, I leave a voicemail for call back, and I never get any calls back. After a gazillion tries over the next few days I finally get through the line and the receptionist tells me he returns every voicemail and picks up every single call. Lying right in my face. Then he tells me the next available appointment is 1.5 month away, all because I called too late. Really? what kind of attitude and customer service is this?
Dr Chow on the other hand is a nice person, though I question her experience somewhat.

Dr. Chow is the best doctor of any kind that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Her patience and bedside manner is top notch and she makes you feel at ease from the moment she walks into the room. She takes the time to really listen and answer any questions that I may have. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
