Very unorganized office. Faxes are never sent. Voicemails are never left, calls not returned.
The MOA's are awful with the Dr's schedule and make it very hard to get an appointment. I've almost had to give up on ever seeing her again.
The doctor herself is fantastic but the office is truly a horrible experience.

I was a hospital patient who happened to be in the same room while this wonderful woman was looking after her elderly mother in law. She took phone call after phone call about her patients - I had never heard someone as caring and capable of multi-tasking as this woman. I don't have children and don't know these people at all but if I had a child she would be the first one I would see. On a number of occasions her mother in law or a nurse abruptly interrupted and she handled it so well she could do mediation also. Lucky patients.

Faxes go missing, perceptions are written incorrectly and not one staff member is helpful or proactive. My son is the forgotten patient in her office.

She is a wonderful and caring Pediatrician. She has cared for all my CIC and has made sure the kids get the necessary supports they require.
