Doctor Trofimova had only Skype sessions with me but they were more helpful as in-person sessions with our company's social worker. She started from reviewing my medical problems and it made a lot of sense at the end, to connect it to my anxiety, low mood and sleep problems. I see now how important it is to know physiology to fix my psychological problems. I was glad that it wasn't just "abstract talks" but more detailed look at my life.

This doctor is professional and very knowledgeable, it is a pleasure learning the answers to my questions in such simple and yet scientific terms. I must admit, I should take notes, to remind myself what we talked about. Plus she is efficient in her recommendations, at least more efficient than the CBT group therapy that I went through before.

Just to thank you Dr Trofimova. Completing her intake forms and having an assessment session was already helpful to look at my situation from another perspective. Plus the way she comments and asks questions was helpful for me to see potentials for my changes. I just wish psychologists were not so expensive :( Still, she differed from another psychologist that I saw - she is not as formal and yet much more knowledgeable. It sounds like she knows biology very well. I plan to use my insurance coverage next year to return to our sessions.

I had several psych doctors in my life, this one git to the point right away. It really helps when someone knows biology and brain, and not just repeating "don't think this way, think that way ". Many things became clear and not that helpless as I saw them before. So just to say it was a pleasant surprise. One thing that bugged me that she wasn't as young looking as on her picture, but its ok, doctor. Just change your pic when you can :)

I am patient of Dr. Irina Trofimova and blessed having got Dr. IrinaTrofimova for my psychological treatment, the trauma I was going through was eating me like termites, I was losing hope, but Dr. Irina being sympathetic, very knowledgeable, experienced and most gracious human brought me in light and gave me hope and I feel safe and much better, and for that I shall remain ever thankful to Dr. Irina.
