Hala and staff are all wonderful people. They are very knowledgeable in their field of expertise supporting clients recovering from their respective injury with careful attention. Awesome customer service, too!

Great clinic , open concept, clean and they keep good sanitization routine. Hala and her staff are knowledgeable, have great bedside manners and provide one on one treatment. and that's what makes the difference. I would recommend her and her practice to anyone looking for great service.

Very pleased with the service. I had thumb fusion surgery , went to a hand physiotherapist that was recommended by WCB , she bent my thumb and bruised it. When I came back to Hala "my original therapist' she worked on it and got me back on track. Her clinic is clean, sophisticated, upgraded with all the new equipment , her staff are welcoming and caring and she is knowledgeable , skilled and has good bedside manners. I'll recommend her to every body.

Hala Basily has been my physiotherapist twice. My experience has always been great! Hala is a great PT, with lots of experience and always keeping up with the latest technology which she uses in her practice. She is not only knowledgeable of her specialty, but she is an extraordinary human being who will always make you feel important and comfortable. She is truly concerned about your wellbeing and will listen to your concerns. The facilities are very comfortable, and the front desk staff are great! Always smiling and willing to help you book your appointments. I would never go anywhere else for physio. I would highly recommend her!

I have been in a couple of physio places and by far this is the best place! From the very start...the phone call was very pleasant then my first appointment I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked through the door and every appointment from there on. The staff are amazing!! Hala Basily is my physiotherapist and not at one point has she made me feel uncomfortable. She knows your pain and she listens to you unlike other physio companies I have been to. They treat you like family which is amazing. I have been in pain for almost 4 months and within 2 weeks I am starting to feel like a human being again. Still not full motion but truly I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm able to hug my grandchildren again❤️I can't thank you enough for your services. I would recommend them to anybody!!
