Dr. Westaway is kind, caring, knowledgable, and maybe as important as the adjectives I have listed... Dr. Westaway is a great communicator. When Michael is talking with you - you get the sense that he is listening to every word you say, and everything about you matters to him. Both my wife and I have had painful injuries, including nerve damage, and Dr. Westaway got us back feeling healthy and able to enjoy our lives again. Dr. Westaway really is an excellent Doctor with helpful connections across the medical field. He's a great guy.

I have known Michael Westaway since '99. He is my "go to" person. He has treated me over the years for a MVA, falls, strains, and as of late, a sprained lower back involving facet joints. Micheal is very accurate and pinpoints the core issues quickly. I have always walked away pain free and put back together. I have 100% trust. The key to a successful recovery is having patience and time, follow Michael's guidance and instructions. Do the exercises at home and not skip out. You get out what you put in.

I am so grateful I was referred to Dr Westaway. I was suffering from chronic knee pain for many years. I had worked with many other physios and doctors, but was only achieving minimal and temporary relief. Dr Westaway listened carefully to my concerns . He suggested a treatment that involved injections into the knees over several months. It wasn't instant relief... but it began to work. I've now been almost pain free for over 2 years. The results have been extraordinary! I would highly recommend Dr Westaway for his skill, knowledge and compassion.

I honestly don’t know where I would be or what I would’ve done without Dr. Westaway’s help with my neck injury. After wasting time and money at countless chiropractors, physios, masseuses, acupuncturists, etc - I dropped them all after going to Dr. Westaway. He is the BEST. Yes, he is busy, a sure sign of his success and popularity, but he is very kind and personable and brilliant. Highly recommended!

I've never done a review before but for this guy I have to. WORST physiotherapist I have ever had. Seen him back in 2018. He told me he couldn't do anything unless I got a quartizone injection, reluctantly I did. His idea of physio was a bag of ice on my shoulder, stick me with needles and see you in two day. That was my treatment every visit. Once my insurance ran out, so did his time. He told me my physio was done. WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!! I would never recommend this wanna be to anyone.

Incredibly knowledgeable, an amazing caring guy, truly wants the best for his patients. He is incredibly well respected for a reason! My family doctor specifically said if she ever had to go to anyone for an injury, it would be him. He has helped me a ton through prolotherapy.

The problem with Michael is that he considers himself knows everything. Does not give you time . You go to see him and he is seeing at least 3 others at the same time. One visit of 40 minutes I see him for 6 minutes and the rest was waiting him moving between patients and sending me to his assistant where there were 5 patients at the same fitness room. No good communication between him and her as she has no idea what she is supposed to do I felt like Day care for kids.what ever you ask him questions he answered with coldness .i admit he is knowledgeable but does not mean he can benefit you because at the end you are a number the more you stay the better.
