Biography
Dr George Caldwell has been a leader in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery of the shoulder, elbow and knee. He has been a team physician for the NFL, MLB, NHL and numerous sports programs. Following Princeton University, he attended Wake Forest Medical School. He trained at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), the nation's number one orthopedic hospital. In addition, he completed two fellowships, one at the University of Pittsburgh and another in Switzerland. In research, Dr. Caldwell has developed groundbreaking anesthetic techniques to facilitate patients’ post-operative experience.
