I gave this doctor 3 chances, and rash visit was worse than the last. She was cold, uninterested, not forthcoming with information. I’m requesting a referral from my GP to another doctor. Being in a situation where you have to visit an oncologist scary, and when your oncologist does nothing to put you at ease speaks volumes of what kind of doctor she is. She’s not the doctor for me.

I can’t explain how detached and cold this doctor is to my dad. She has no empathy for his situation, and doesn’t seem interested to have him as her patient. Her report to our GP is more detailed than any appointment we have attended, and it feels like the appointment is over as soon as we step in the door. She has no interest in explanations, in our questions or concerns. I don’t understand how she can be a doctor without any kind of bedside manner.

We switched oncologist and so glad we did. Carmen has no bedside maner. She is cold and non caring at all. Does not answer your questions and leaves you in limbo about your diagnosis. Does not even remember what and why prescribes medication to you. Stay away.

Stay away from this doctor. Does not care at all about her patients. There is never any clarity on how to reach her. Her assistant is non-existent and she takes weeks to return phone calls. She never makes an effort to have sit downs and go over proper treatments.
