He was the rudest person every. He sells his soul for workers comp dollars. I thought Dr.s became Dr.'s because they cared. I then woke up and found out they do care, about their wallet not us. If you have a choice don't go!!!!!

The MD was rude and in a hurry. I got no explanation for treatment of my problem. I had no time to ask questions before he rushed out. There were no other patients in the waiting area. I was told to ask the referring MD. The referring MD said he didn't know I would need to speak to Hoffen. I called about a follow up appointment and the person on the phone said "You need to talk to the referring MD". What a big run around.

Secondary CHAMPVA Dr. Hoffen took time to explain my mother's condition of Dementia to both my brother & I on separate occasions. Showing us the MRI and explaining the findings. He is genuinely concerned that we understand in order to be the best help to my mother. He has been focused on the best care my mother can receive and I feel I can schedule with him at any time I am concerned. Most often we don't wait more than 10-20 minutes.

Very rude! Went with my wife for her first office visit. During his questioning, I answered one of his questions instead of my wife..he stopped looked at me and said '...and who are you'. We never went back to see him!

this doctor was quite punctual, however, that is the only good thing I have to say about him. He has no bedside manner whatsoever. He is extremely rude and rushes you out of the exam room as quickly as possible. When he recommended a course of treatment we had a few questions and he stated "I need to know what you want to do...with all due respect, I have other patients waiting" This was only after 10 minutes after he walked into the exam room.

This dr. performed a EMG. I found him to be rude. He was in a rush and was annoyed that we couldn't get through the procedure quickly. His bedside manner was terrible. As if that wasn't enough, his staff insisted that they sent the results to my GP although my GP says they never received them. I went in person to pick up the results, and the staff was very rude.
